人生第一次食omakase, 就嗌左個最貴嘅set😆呢間餐廳係呀jer, jeremy同肥仔開架~雖然我唔係粉絲黎朝聖果隻,但食完覺得野食極高質真心有保證,碟碟賣相又靚,超級喜出望外架😍前菜:魚籽白飯魚小松菜、水茄刺身6點:-海膽帶子牡丹蝦,底下係三文魚籽汁-極大隻肥美嘅蠔,有我手掌咁長-爽口嘅日本象拔蚌,青瓜卷住嘅係裙邊,碟邊係黑松露鹽-池魚,面頭舖左黑松露乾片同薑絲,最底係黑蒜汁-紅酒慢煮魚肝,一點點嘅係京都黑七味粉。第一次食魚肝,師傅話佢地特意煮得再腍身啲,配黑七味粉都係佢地嘅創意黎,呢碟勁有新意好好食-清酒慢煮飽魚配飽魚肝醬一品料理:金鯛立鱗燒配白松露野菌汁。將金鯛魚嘅魚鱗炸到香脆,一啖食落去食到脆卜卜又有滑嫩嘅魚肉!+$1有個鐵板鮑魚大優惠,旁邊有d叫做白海藻,可以點個海膽忌廉汁一齊食,個口感好得意架壽司9貫。好鍾意睇師傅認真細膩咁製作壽司,見到每個步驟都好講究~壽司基本上魚、蝦、毛蟹、貝類都有齊,仲有海膽,全部食材都好鮮甜😍食完壽司仲有個勾翅,大蜆麵豉湯,西瓜&紅豆丸子。Happy friday食到完美嘅omakase好滿足,比呢度嘅師傅滿分🤩
