充滿海洋味道的La Mer Restaurant & Lounge正是為人熟悉的型仔港男黃長興開設的法國餐廳酒廊,我那麼喜歡美男子當然要相約好友來嘆一場法國大餐,不知這夜能否見到黃長興呢? 餐廳位處尖沙咀區,佔盡地利的方便,所以星期二的晚上也高朋滿座。 餐廳內的裝潢由音樂才子雷頌德設計,粉藍色調的配搭浪漫中帶點不羈! 在這懷舊燈飾下開始我們這一頓豐富的法國盛宴! 先上麵包籃內有兩款不同麵包,微暖香脆配上幼滑牛油那會不好吃! Amuse Bouche是香脆可口的蕃茄洋蔥小多士,吃罷滿嘴芳香這一刻很想咀車爸爸囉哈哈哈... 湯品我選了Lobster Bisque$128,用了龍蝦尾、茴香、Fresh Cream、水芹及烤多士,拼湊出這厚身的龍蝦濃湯! 將熱燙的龍蝦濃湯傾注碗內跟其它食材水乳交融後便可品嚐,濃郁甘香的龍蝦味做到了,口感亦順滑,而且不時吃到脆口配料令龍蝦湯增添層次! 我跟好友都嗜杯中物,這兒絕對是威士忌的天堂,有不少耳熟能詳的品牌,亦有坊間少見的珍品,可惜抱恙在身的我未能去細意享受,好友則試了這款充滿中式感覺的威士忌。 頭盤是Duck 3 way$128,分別由鴨肝、鴨肉、鴨醬

頭盤是Duck 3 way$128,分別由鴨肝、鴨肉、鴨醬組成,試上鴨肉配香烤多士,鴨香很突出帶點鴨酥香氣,喜歡重口味的朋友相信挺愛這味道!

主菜有我同類Iberico Bone in pork lion $368,煎至焦香的豬架外貌不算出眾!但那香氣確是撲鼻!!

切開後色澤粉嫩迷人,肉質富彈性兼帶有獨一無二的橡果香味,黑毛豬的油脂存儲滲入肌肉內,令肉質尤其多汁嫩滑而且帶豐富油脂花紋,配合香甜無花果醬更加有畫龍點睛之效。

另一份是Traditional French Roasted Chicken$298,傳統法式烤雞外表像平平無其,嫩滑雞肉太誘人了,連雞胸亦絕不鞋口,沾上那濃濃的肉汁更加令人瘋狂啊~
