To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣真係解我日本鄉愁既恩物!幫襯得耐已經有我既最愛list:炙燒帆立貝- 肉好厚,應該係用凍肉舖有得賣既急凍刺身級帶子,所以每次食都一定係感覺新鮮!牛油炙海蝦- 加咗牛油同香草,輕輕燒到半熟,唔洗點豉油都好夠味。炙燒三文魚- 燒完上面仲有黑椒同沙律醬,大愛!油甘魚- 成日無貨,同埋有時會無咁新鮮,但我太愛油甘魚,所以每次都會嗌!而自從轉咗高速線後,多個好多高速線限定,每次嚟都有d新鮮感。仲要轉埋手機落單,都幾方便,但就有試過見到公公婆婆唔識用⋯⋯
