潮牛腩今日中午嚟到灣仔食一間叫「潮牛腩」,雖然門口有一級,但唔洗等位可以即放斜板即入去,店員幫安排我坐單丁望牆位。餐廳入面算寬,有足夠空間比輪椅人士喺入面轉彎,冷氣同光線好充足,好彩早入座,早點野食,一點完門口就開始打仗,多人排隊拎外賣同等位,呢間最出名係湯底,每日係用幾十斤牛骨熬製18小時,湯底完全無加味精,咁出名當然要試下啦!1.咖哩爽腩飯$110+夏枯草500ml $10(跟餐優惠)(8/10)呢個咖哩爽腩飯入面有6舊爽腩,不過大多數係牛筋,有2-3舊係半筋半腩,牛筋好軟淋,勁大舊勁彈,好多骨膠原,咖哩算小辣,撈埋飯食一流!飲品就揀咗枝裝夏枯草,跟餐只係加$10,算平!2.清湯牛坑腩飯$108+凍檸茶$8(跟餐優惠)(9/10)呢個清湯牛坑腩飯入面有6舊牛坑腩,揀清湯反而食到牛味好濃,牛坑腩好淋,仲有3大舊白蘿蔔,3舊都好鬼甜又無渣,牛骨湯底好清甜,好好飲!飲品就揀咗凍檸茶,跟餐只係加$8,算平!3.炸魚皮+牛骨湯$28(9/10)呢碗炸魚皮份量超多,大約有15舊,有幾舊大到有成人手掌咁大,魚皮炸得好薄脆,仲附送一碗牛骨湯比食客點嚟食,呢碗湯原來清湯牛坑腩飯個湯係一樣,只不過係加

1.咖哩爽腩飯$110+夏枯草500ml $10(跟餐優惠)(8/10)
呢個咖哩爽腩飯入面有6舊爽腩,不過大多數係牛筋,有2-3舊係半筋半腩,牛筋好軟淋,勁大舊勁彈,好多骨膠原,咖哩算小辣,撈埋飯食一流!

2.清湯牛坑腩飯$108+凍檸茶$8(跟餐優惠)(9/10)
呢個清湯牛坑腩飯入面有6舊牛坑腩,揀清湯反而食到牛味好濃,牛坑腩好淋,仲有3大舊白蘿蔔,3舊都好鬼甜又無渣,牛骨湯底好清甜,好好飲!
飲品就揀咗凍檸茶,跟餐只係加$8,算平!

3.炸魚皮+牛骨湯$28(9/10)
呢碗炸魚皮份量超多,大約有15舊,有幾舊大到有成人手掌咁大,魚皮炸得好薄脆,仲附送一碗牛骨湯比食客點嚟食,呢碗湯原來清湯牛坑腩飯個湯係一樣,只不過係加蔥同白蘿蔔,所以就以為唔一樣,反而我鍾意飲無蔥無白蘿蔔嘅牛骨湯,我覺得原汁原味先最好飲!
