我同老友們鍾意食片皮鴨,但香港數一數二好食我會揀古琴雅苑,佢哋招牌烤北京填鴨聞名而久,師承北京百年老店「全聚德」,選用頂級北京填鴨,以傳統掛爐烤製,配上秘製蜂蜜黃梅醬、京醬、哈蜜瓜、京葱及青瓜等配料,食出北京烤鴨正宗原味道。酥脆皮薄餡靚,絕對唔可以錯過!我自己都食唔停口😆另外古琴雅苑承傳淮揚菜的工匠精神,其中我哋食左至尊拼盤包括上海餚肉,雲耳,醉雞醉雞等,另外冬天一定要食鐵板蔥爆羊肉,好香同有煙韌口感!甜品亦都記得要點高力豆沙同腰果露!高力豆沙非常之有彈性同熱辣辣!而腰果露真材實料軟綿綿嘅感覺,口感非常之滑!
