To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同老婆經開新世紀廣場,都會黎韓樂食飯,之前食開焗飯湯粉絲都非常好食,而我老婆就一直好鐘意佢個凍檸茶🍋,檸味十足今日都唔例外,點左鮮茄焗雞扒飯同韓風香酥炸雞「豬骨濃湯」鳥冬。焗雞扒飯依然好好食,爆多鮮茄肉茄汁,大大塊既雞扒,食到12分飽。相返「豬骨濃湯」鳥冬就非常失敗,我直頭懷疑係清湯烏冬,野唔多講,睇圖就知道有幾清徹,有圖有真相⋯

今日都唔例外,點左鮮茄焗雞扒飯同韓風香酥炸雞「豬骨濃湯」鳥冬。焗雞扒飯依然好好食,爆多鮮茄肉茄汁,大大塊既雞扒,食到12分飽。
相返「豬骨濃湯」鳥冬就非常失敗,我直頭懷疑係清湯烏冬,野唔多講,睇圖就知道有幾清徹,有圖有真相⋯
