今日行經銅鑼灣想食豆腐花,就醒起人和,一路行一路諗應該仲係度~應該仲係度?~果然無論世事變改~~原味豆腐花(熱),淡淡的已經配好了甜度,食落去真係超級滑,比起最近去台南安平豆花仲滑,仲幼細! 不過只有一樣野未夠完美,那就是不夠豆味,不過可能是因為豆的種類或是浸豆太耐而致吧 撥開看看入面,都是滑滑的,和整豆腐花的豆腐不同種,這種入面比較易散,不太硬同實,但都是欠了些豆味。豆腐兩旁沒有煎,只是上下略煎過。剛剛好。魚肉一小片,有蔥花,nicely釀在上面,唔係一夾就散。

撥開看看入面,都是滑滑的
,和整豆腐花的豆腐不同種,這種入面比較易散,不太硬同實,但都是欠了些豆味
