To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近我去咗一間位於佐敦嘅麵包店，真係發現咗一啲好好味嘅新產品！首先要介紹嘅就係佢哋新出嘅開心果雪山，味道濃郁，開心果香氣四溢，食落去每一口都充滿驚喜。外層嘅酥皮烘得剛好，內裡嘅餡料又滑又香，價錢合理，真係好值得一試！另外，我仲試咗佢哋嘅芒果乾麵包，味道都幾好。麵包鬆軟，混合咗芒果乾嘅甜味，食落去非常開心，係一個好嘅選擇。特別係夏天，食埋一塊，感覺清涼又消暑。至於紫菜肉鬆bagel同綠茶紅豆bagel，真係叫人愛不釋手！紫菜肉鬆bagel鹹香可口，紫菜同肉鬆嘅搭配非常合襯，味道正！而綠茶紅豆bagel就係一個驚喜，綠茶嘅香味同紅豆嘅甜味完美結合，食落去好有層次感，絕對令人滿足。每次經過佐敦，我都一定會忍唔住入去買幾樣返嚟，真係唔可以錯過呢間麵包店！如果你鍾意新鮮出爐嘅麵包，記得試下佢哋嘅新產品，肯定唔會失望！
