To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搭車經過好多次，依間舖亦開咗好耐，但一直都無行開依面，所以無試過。個日咁啱有事行經過，就入去試吓，要咗個重慶酸辣粉(勁辣)，另加豬皮同大腸，加碟口水雞同凍檸茶。碗粉黎到見到都口水流！雖然睇落面頭係成層油，但食起黎晤會成口油，辣度夠勁！豬皮、大腸都算多同大塊、麵嘅份量亦好足夠大碗👍🏻。口水雞嘅份量差晤多有成成隻雞嘅4份一，晤算超辣但好惹味。食完真係會上癮，過幾日又心思思想再去，小食都有咁多款！價錢晤貴，款又多！之前去景隆街間“渝”，見有人排隊又多雜誌報導，但試完晤覺得係“講”嘅咁好囉！
