To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶記算係近排最愛，幫襯過幾次，都係下午茶時間，佢啲茶餐選擇好吸引，每次到下午茶時間都會諗起佢，真係食過返尋味，包括人情味，見佢哋啲員工好似一家人咁，所以除咗食物好味，個感覺都好舒服！我order咗個南洋特色常餐，5:30前仲可以平$10，我叫咗黃薑雞扒湯金邊粉，仲有配埋炒蛋，香腸，火腿，兩片牛油多士，仲有杯凍檸茶，勁多嘢食，好滿足！好欣賞佢嘅黃薑雞扒，醃得好入味，上面仲有啲炸蒜片，再加埋啲芽菜生菜，係好味嘅！
