星期五喺k11 musea搵野食,都好彩有位,加上好耐冇食過燒肉有啲期待😋入到餐廳都差唔多八九成滿座率,座位都算寬敞舒服,不過坐得較入嘅位置應該有班內地人飲多咗比較開心嘈咗少少,令人出面位置都聽到🤪叫咗兩個套餐,前菜和牛刺身超好食🌟🌟🌟,煙燻A5黑毛和牛配魚子醬,煙燻過好有儀式感喺你面前打開,拍片打卡一流,再加咗一小勺魚子醬(但我發現比朋友嗰個啖魚子醬係多啲🫥🫥)燒肉部份,而今特選A5黑毛和牛分咗三款鹽燒同五款汁燒,每件唔同部位唔同口感,油花同肉汁都好豐富👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼中間有個冰菜蟹肉沙律過場,好爽口好清新亦可以解膩。仲有兩道和牛就係會有職員幫你處理燒埋,一個就係A5黑毛和牛薄片壽喜燒加蘭王蛋,唔使多形容都知好好食❤️❤️❤️;另一個就係而今A5黑毛和牛熱狗,用紫菜夾住手手飯再加少少青瓜生菜,配搭和牛嘅肉汁提升到另一個層次。最後湯/素面/甜品都幾好食,不過真係太飽食唔曬,但個開心果雪糕值得一提,加上少少Wasabi竟然帶出個清新口感😗服務就正正常常,啲侍應都比較年輕,同埋可能比較忙,缺少咗啲親切感~
