To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最難食既芝士焗海鮮飯

以為中環食野點都衰極有限，點知原來都係會伏，仲要係我人生中食過最難食既野其中之一。盒飯最後我食淨半盒扔左，因為肚餓我先食左一半白飯平時食野我係一粒飯都唔會淨，第一次寫食評就係為佢而寫。好入返正題，呢間西餐廳好多好評，見佢lunch有外賣套餐飯加湯加野飲七十二蚊算係咁啦。湯同野飲絕對無問題，好啦個飯先係重點。首先個飯有咩料呢？芝士，洋蔥粒，三四隻藍青口，幾條魷魚。下？唔係話焗海鮮飯咩？得幾隻青口仔同魷魚粒，不如改個名叫芝士焗藍青口魷魚飯啦。再黎係個芝士同汁，打開蓋啲芝士仲係成塊咁未溶哂，個汁仲離譜，好似用普通生粉開咁，又杰又透明既？就算你搵生粉洗啲魷魚同青口都唔係咁呀麻？以為個飯係焗唔？最神奇係個飯仲熱架喎，拎外賣走之前店員仲好貼心同我講小心個飯好熱，呢樣我比返1分你啦，其餘99分比個飯扣哂，呢間野無下次！
