無影相,因為都係普通野 - 咸豬手、腸仔咸豬手係我食過最難食既,沒有之一。作為德國餐廳夠膽賣D咁既豬手,只能講聲佩服咸豬手肉質勁UN,明顯overcook、好多根,結果要拎牛扒刀,都仲係好難切開最經典係個豬手皮,完全唔脆,又un,豬皮表面平滑沒有正常焗後起的泡泡明顯是篤豬皮洞洞時不夠,我甚至懷疑係咪無用肉針篤過。我自己煮都好味過佢十萬倍!咁易煮都可以夠成咁,no next time。結帳時同經理(?!)反映食物質素,經理話會同廚房講。其實跟鼎爺學煮燒肉都幫到佢。至於果個socalled award winning sausage,sorry,完全唔明過人之處。

明顯是篤豬皮洞洞時不夠,我甚至懷疑係咪無用肉針篤過。
