To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為屯門人早年在市中心一直都有幫襯delifrance近年delifrance重返屯門再開分店咁就要試下佢好無食啦可能是因為這間分店是Delifrance Bistro 睇得出呢間分店嘅環境係靚啲嘅位置相當舒適寬敞週五晚上更是座無虛席晚餐方面有dinner set除了飲品外可以加錢配搭餐湯及甜品香蒜海鮮炒意粉海鮮相當足料有大蝦及蜆肉意粉炒得幾乾身，味道唔錯法式香草檸檬烤雞烤雞嘅雞皮幾香脆雞肉亦保持肉汁蜜桃批蜜桃批都幾有驚喜蜜桃嘅份量相當多，亦都夠曬甜配上吉士醬係幾好食拿破崙蛋糕可以話係全餐最傑出嘅菜色賣相非常之靚酥皮很鬆脆和士多啤梨及吉士醬配合得天衣無縫總結餐廳環境及甜品都係幾好加上價錢相宜住屯門嘅朋友唔好錯過啦～
