To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不用多說這間明星飯店都是對很多人是好奇的,這十年餐牌價錢已經向下調整了不少。但現在這個價格基本上都是標準高級食府的價錢,與泰國的阿一分店相比,一張機票的價錢2000元有找,算係很抵食。以往一餐所費是是一張飛機票加泰國的阿一鮑魚一餐,所以親身飛到泰國食都是化算。套餐上貴精不貴多,每一碟都是黃金陣容,只是有點可惜在後段不能完美結局,就是這個杏仁蛋白茶。當天節日特別安排是紅豆沙,但我想到泰國那間分店就是燕窩杏仁茶,杏仁味香濃,粘度剛好,燕窩也是滿滿,只要你找林經理他是香港人,我會給你一個好的安排,他鄉遇故知。點知尾段這個杏仁茶成為這餐飯的敗筆。服務態度都算殷勤,但食了6000大洋都是自費3小時,42一小時,奉勸大家可以泊時代廣場。至於尖沙咀那間,是另一條專為遊客而設,食物材質服務環境基本上都不是同一級別,但價格卻是非常接近呢,要慳一點還是食好一點,沒有人能阻止你的決心。
