一場嚟到大埔梗係要食佢嘅名物三多炸脾。其實我想飲杯普通凍檸茶,但佢得爆檸即係爆珠加檸檬茶加大⋯⋯咁佢都算有良心嘅餐平$10朋友話俾我聽總店好食啲,不過好明顯我朋友懶行就帶咗我來呢間分店就算。入到去一個人都冇所以我諗佢開爐等油滾炸都等左幾耐先有得食。比嚟到嘅時候有支竹籤叉住,令到啲肉唔好摺埋。個皮好脆因為有啲薄薄嘅麵包糠係上面,雞脾比想像中細隻不過啲肉都幾嫩滑但唔多汁。檸檬茶要篤檸檬一篤完之後呢啲珠就真係爆晒so sad,混埋晒淨係飲到爆珠入邊嗰啲人工檸檬酸味…茶底普通係幾大杯既真心覺得$50食個茶餐係唔抵嘅,味道係OK嘅不過唔抵囉
