To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係觀塘工作左咁耐，公司附近既茶餐廳已經俾我差唔多食勻哂啦，每次一到lunch諗食咩都諗到我頭都大埋今日咁岩要拎野去牛頭角果邊，誤打誤撞入左間茶餐廳，佢吸引我既地方係門口貼左好多明星既合照連明星都黎食，相信都一定有返咁上下店內貼左呢張poster, 個價錢都幾吸引喎可以搵日放工黎食其實呢間茶餐廳既野食款式超多，我睇左好耐都未決定到食咩好彩服務員叫我睇左咁耐都仲未落單，佢好主動咁過黎同我介紹下川醬炒飯原來呢碟炒飯好有名堂的，係得獎菜式黎架辣度可以根據自己口味而要求炒到粒粒飯，超好味，麻辣味更能刺激味蕾，有越食越想食的感覺酸菜魚魚塊夠大件，不過食既時候都要小心，會有少少骨！味道唔會太酸又唔會太咸用黎送飯就最正底下有啲粉絲吸哂啲汁，超好味奶茶紅豆冰平時我唔飲冰飲的，不過服務員好熱情咁推介奶茶，咁就試試啦奶茶茶味好香濃奶同茶好溶合成一體，總之同平時茶餐廳飲的好唔同，唔知點樣形容相信係茶同奶撞出黎既味道，而不是沖的
