Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一晚放工9:00左右，打算搵間茶餐廳外賣食，俾我行過佐敦見到呢間餐廳，個名都好特別，聽講呢度嘅川醬干炒牛河好好食，呢啲咁麻甩嘅嘢啱晒我，即管試吓。呢間餐廳個裝修，好似懷舊茶餐廳咁，好多色彩，不過晚市就唔係太多人食。我最後叫咗一個川醬乾炒牛河(bb辣)，佢都幾貼心，有唔同嘅辣度揀，仲可以揀唔辣添！由於係即叫即炒嘅關係，我都等左15分鐘，用發泡膠盒裝住嘅牛河，搭巴士都聞到好香！成碟好夠鑊氣，同出面其他茶餐廳唔同嘅係，呢一碟牛河係真係有好多牛肉，蔥、椰菜、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔都好重料，對得起個價錢👍🏻👍🏻會再返去食
