To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大中華飯店,聽個名都相當有氣派,相信友人都係因為咁而揀選左佢作為今次美食團既目的地。環境雖富有地道大排檔舊式飯店既風味,但算幾整潔,冷氣又夠大,不錯不錯。食物方面,第一道上既土匪雞簡直係同menu上既圖片一模一樣😌土匪雞肉質鮮嫩,配埋佢既祕制醬汁真係幾好味。惟價錢$300略嫌有d貴~同埋要自己切友人表示有d手軟蠔餅唔錯,都幾多蠔仔幾足料,不過左邊醬汁偏咸,建議點右手邊的醬汁:)臘肉煲仔飯勁多蔥勁多臘肉,味道很好又唔會過咸過油,仲有好香口既飯焦tim皮琶豆腐亦都不錯除左土匪雞$300外,其餘都係$100左右,份量多味道亦很不錯,下次會再挑戰其他菜式
