Restaurant: 天后站清湯腩

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到將軍澳日出康城的全新商場 THE LOHAS,位於4樓的「天后站清湯腩」乾淨企理,餐廳內外燈光足夠,令人舒服地進餐。餐牌設計清楚易明,食物豐富,以粉麵主打。我們叫了一碗清湯牛三寶河粉($61),湯底清甜,沒有添加味精,令人食得安心。牛三寶包括牛腩、牛肚、牛筋。牛腩很軟嫩,一入口滿嘴都是牛腩的香味,肉質的紋理也相當不錯。牛肚爽口彈牙,也吸收了湯的精華,味道很好。牛筋非常入味,有超重的骨膠原,吃後很滿足。我們也叫了一碗淨鮮蝦雲吞($43),共7粒鮮蝦雲吞。每粒雲吞內也有鮮蝦和肉,很足料。鮮蝦食落清甜,雲吞皮薄,口感豐富,值得一試!小食方面,我們叫了炸魚皮($25)和炸雞中翼($37)。炸魚皮有一大碟,香脆可口,乾身不油膩,炸得十分爽脆,令人齒頰留香!而炸雞翼有4隻,價錢合理,性價比高!炸雞翼非常香,感覺上即叫即炸,皮質爽脆,肉汁豐富,好好味!飲品點了凍鴛鴦,跟餐價$8,價錢便宜!
