To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍塘又一城附近食Lunch，選擇真的不多。朋友是會員，我們一行七人全單都可以有八折，又或者最近新推介~半價享用刺身大拼盤。先講講自己的午餐，我選擇了一set格格拼，每款午餐都會有麵豉湯，小心熱燙口，鰻魚飯、魚生、薯餅、煎魚、天婦羅炸蝦、仲有、甜蛋、壽司及甜品， 每一格食物都非常新鮮美味。我們七位女士要先KO自己個午餐，才分享大大魚生拼盤，真真好飽。酸醋薑需要問店員先至會有。這個魚生刺身拼盤需要給師傅時間準備，下次可以叫店員食完自己嗰餐先至上，或者先上先吃魚生拼盤，才吃午餐，今次中間時間上，都擺咗一段時間，感覺冇咁新鮮。
