To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前受邀參加會員試食活動，先到先得，當然就要快手報名啦去到坐底就有得食，好快手下，仲有d活動搞下氣氛，氣氛係唔錯嘅⋯⋯但食物質素方面有少少遜預期魚生方面，池魚、油甘魚腩、夏之極上卷係新加菜式，因為預先做好，有d不新鮮。。。食落口感還可極上卷卷物放入青瓜配料，加上魚生，入口也清新玉子比以往的有特色，會印上其標誌及店名，入口鬆軟帶甜飲品選擇了元氣特飲，外觀並不討好。。其味道也不錯，配上椰子雪糕，味道不致過甜，椰子味重，愛椰香的也是不錯之選最後的朱古力慕絲，整個也是濃濃的朱古力，起碼會有點過甜，幸好中間有點檸檬䈮篛舖底，甜中帶酸，去掉膩感整體試食質素也比平時光顧質素較為遜色一點，但服務質素也保持水準
