To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這天早上,因公事而要來到灣仔北處理。順理成章的,就地一個早餐是必然的事。在灣仔的舊區內工作,灣北的海邊,真的不是為了會展、稅局、上法庭、辦證或坐船,都不會踏入這兒。這次有幸來到,當然要找一個好地方,食個好早餐啦。不過,這灣北又有什麼比較大眾化的食肆呢? 我發現,除了連鎖店之外,就只有會展中心內的《港灣茶餐廳》。不過,說平不平,一份普通貨色但夠豐富的早餐,要35元,不見得抵食。我叫的,是公仔麵套餐,而先來的,是一隻龜仔包同一隻煎蛋。在有對比同沒有對比之下,這龜仔包都未可以令我笑,而蛋是我要求全熟的,因為我打算放入湯麵一起吃。而麵,就是最簡單的茶餐廳早餐麵,五香肉丁加午餐肉,是一個可以做得很 hea 的麵,而《港灣茶餐廳》的麵,的確是如我所說的 hea,味道是麵還麵,肉丁還肉丁,餐肉還餐肉,煎蛋還煎蛋,味道上沒有互相侵犯,沒有一個可以充當大阿歌,帶領味道。之後是奶茶,茶夠熱,而且太熱,奶落得也不太夠,未飲晒我已經要放棄。如果這是一間普通的茶餐廳,收正烯的價錢,我會覺得冇所謂,但在會展,收貴出面十元有多,令成件事由不完美變成差勁。

如果這是一間普通的茶餐廳,收正烯的價錢,我會覺得冇所謂,但在會展,收貴出面十元有多,令成件事由不完美變成差勁。
