To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6:25pm已出灣仔站, 得20分鐘食晚飯, 又唔想食茶記怕等得耐, 唯有又食快餐.近排熱氣唔敢食咖喱, 又係一哥焗醋扒飯吧, 前面排隊那位中國同胞一次過幫8個人買嘢, 翻來覆去問完叫完又漏又加單, 又問收銀有無人送上檯, 終於到我買飛, 又係無西湯, 為何6:30pm就無西湯呢? 西式焗飯配中湯就是不太夾, 算吧, 快趣攪掂去counter攞嘢, 唉, 中湯都要等, 叫了3次咪廚房才出.應該是會展有展覽關係, 成間餐廳充斥了同胞食客, 唔係食火鍋就鐵板, 我縮於一角快快食我的一哥焗飯, 溫度夠豬扒肉質不太硬, 比MX好多了, 湯是粉葛赤小豆豬肉湯, 味精不太多, 起碼飲完沒有口渴.
