To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依間金記幾近我屋企, 加上D野食都幾好味, 所以我會成日黎食 (其實已經encore左一次)同屋企人2個人黎食, 如果唔係太大食既話叫一個小菜再加雞脾其實都夠, 加埋杯懷舊飲品黑牛就perfect!今次叫左依個豬扒飯, 豬肉唔"un", 而且個醬汁酸酸甜甜, 用黎送飯一流 不得不提下佢既雞脾,我覺得係金記既招牌菜,一上碟已經覺得好香, 連平時一定相機食先既我都未影相就已經忍唔住, 食到咁上下先記得影相佢既雞脾火喉剛剛好, 雞皮夠脆又唔會炸到 lone哂 , 入面仍然保持到嫩滑, 下次黎食都會再點
