有晚駕車經過天光道,見到一間門面與別不同的食店,以木色為主,跟老公相約下次晚餐試試,不論裝橫、食品及服務也十分不錯。門口的感覺真的予人身在日本,店內掛了大大的月球,牆上擺滿美洒,有bar枱及餐枱,店內食物款式多,款款也想吃,最後我們點了芝士玉子燒、黑松露枝豆、媽媽鹹蛋豬肉棒、極上刺身四品盛、原隻魷魚燒、姿燒秋刀魚及網燒半熟牛肉他他。四色刺身一上枱已相當吸睛,可見師傅非常用心擺盤,色彩繽紛,魚生很新鮮,甜美,配上檸檬青檸口感更清新。芝士玉子燒熱辣辣,入面的芝士可拉絲,又咸又甜很吸引。第一次吃黑松露枝豆相當有驚喜,香濃黑松露配枝豆十分夾,吃不停。媽媽鹹蛋豬肉棒多汁肉嫩,咸香美味。燒秋刀魚皮脆,配上酸醬汁特別美味。原隻魷魚燒賣相十分討好,微辣非常醒胃,醬汁味道剛剛好,口感亦很讚。網燒半熟牛肉他他也很吸睛,粉紅色的半熟牛肉片配上洋蔥碎及沙律菜酸酸地味道更好。
