To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

契爺契媽人面廣，每逢中秋來臨都會有好多月餅食，嘻嘻，作為鄰居o既肥肥家族每年佳節當然係韜唔少光啦 ！今年眾多禮盒當中，真係要數香港JW萬豪酒店o既「迷你奶黃蛋黃月餅」最為突出，最具特色 。首先，其橙色皮造o既方型禮盒不但顏色鮮豔奪目，大方得體，打開仲會發現暗藏玄機。拉開底層，會見到四隻迷你月餅，除咗有膠袋封密式獨立包裝，每件更以白色o既絨質首飾袋承載，雅致又衛生 。見到首飾袋一刻，女士們都不禁嘩聲四起。再揭開頂層，即可見到另有四隻迷你月餅，不過最驚訝o既就係當發覺上層原來一反轉就會將月餅盒變成首飾箱 ，真係好有驚喜！因為之前食過其他牌子o既奶皇月餅，知道要預先加熱先最為美味，進食前亦先叮咗二十秒。熱食o既萬豪「迷你奶黃蛋黃月餅」外皮香脆，餅心軟腍濕潤，甜甜o既奶黃加上蛋黃o既咸香，再望一望飽滿o既秋月，身心腸胃都一樣咁滿足 ！上網查過，原來此盒「迷你奶黃蛋黃月餅」售價為$598。雖然只有8件迷你月餅，但單睇其震撼o既首飾箱包裝已覺高貴，送禮絕對有睇頭，抵玩又環保。小弟愚見，中國人比較迷信，節日送禮，$598好似唔係幾好意頭，如果可改為$603、$613、$633應該會更加搶手
