To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細到大我對月餅一直以來都無咩興趣(除左雪糕月餅啦), 其他咩冰皮呀等月餅都唔喜歡不過前2天老闆俾左盒半島月餅我睇.....嘩..見到係半島既當然就心思思想試下咩味啦..所以就試左少少...點知原來咁鬼鬆化仲有奶黃味真係好鬼死好味...唔怪之得咁多人都會訂半島既月餅啦...最後我都忍不住叫老闆俾左2件我帶回家食...hoho

不過前2天老闆俾左盒半島月餅我睇.....

嘩..見到係半島既當然就心思思想試下咩味啦..所以就試左少少...點知原來咁鬼鬆化仲有奶黃味

真係好鬼死好味...唔怪之得咁多人都會訂半島既月餅啦...

最後我都忍不住叫老闆俾左2件我帶回家食...hoho
