To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說友人樓下有間上海菜 咁我就去試左試 兩個人食左二百幾 質素真係好街坊 但對得住個價錢 醉雞 鍾意酒味既人應該好鍾意 不過差少少酒個鍾甜味同雞汁味 酒味就強勁上海排骨x麻辣擔擔麵其實係香酥豬扒 哩個唔錯 第一唔係美極汁味 第二無鬆肉粉 第三唔多炸粉 又香口 所以 擔擔麵 店主加左有少少港式感覺 因為稀身好多 唔係一patpat 花生sauce 其實咁樣易飲口左上海味濃 普普通通清清地 紅棗味 清香清香 不過佢一層一層咁幾得意 另外無拍照既小籠湯包我覺得係超多汁加皮溥 不過友人話無鮮味 甜酸魚塊唔抵食 成碟數個得7塊 味道普通
