To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋都係第一次嚟到有專人蒸煮海鮮嘅店舖,感覺好新奇。尊貴海鮮套餐因為每種海鮮蒸煮嘅時間都唔同,如果蒸得太耐可能海鮮會變老,呢度就有專業嘅店員幫手,逐樣逐樣海鮮咁蒸,控制同埋配合好蒸煮時間,唔單止可以食到海鮮嘅鮮味,更加可以避免因為海鮮蒸好之後攤太耐而變腥,而且店員亦有好耐心咁樣話俾我哋知每一樣海鮮最推介嘅食法,成個體驗都非常好澳洲青年龍蝦唔算話大隻,但係竟然有少少蝦膏,一挑一大嚿肉挑出咗嚟,殼薄肉厚滿,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,口感細膩。韓國釜山蠔未蒸之前非常大隻,蒸完之後縮咗少少水,味道來講,雖然唔及外國生蠔蠔味濃郁,但鮮味十足,鮮甜。紐西蘭刀背蚌相對大西洋野生青口較彈牙有咬口,需要一啲時間去咀嚼,但兩個都相對比較厚身,嫩滑鮮甜。

澳洲青年龍蝦
唔算話大隻,但係竟然有少少蝦膏,一挑一大嚿肉挑出咗嚟,殼薄肉厚滿,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,口感細膩。


韓國釜山蠔
未蒸之前非常大隻,蒸完之後縮咗少少水,味道來講,雖然唔及外國生蠔蠔味濃郁,但鮮味十足,鮮甜。


紐西蘭刀背蚌
相對大西洋野生青口較彈牙有咬口,需要一啲時間去咀嚼,但兩個都相對比較厚身,嫩滑鮮甜。
