Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

first of all, 我係j.w. marriott嘅member, 1向對呢間酒店印象好好, 亦都成日去食飯! 但係呢餐飯真係令我好失望, seriously, 如果唔係冇時間, 我食完返黎真係想投訴!其實嚟呢度食buffet當日, 我係入住左呢間酒店! 之前打黎訂位,佢話好full...所以1路個reservation都未confirm到... 到入住嘅前一晚, 我再打電話黎, 想睇下佢會唔會有檯留比酒店住客! 聽電話果個女仔話有張檯可以比我, 但係就要7點半先有位! 個buffet 6點鐘開始, 我唔明點解7點半先有檯! 咁我都覺得okay, 最緊要有檯食飯, 所以我同佢講話如果早d有檯就call我, 等我早d落黎... 佢話okay! 結果當日check in之後我就去outlet mall行街, 之後坐酒店shuttle, 返到酒店lobby係6:45pm.. 本來想上返去先, 等7點半再落黎食...不過一場經過就走去問下佢有檯未! 點知, 唔單止已經有檯, 仲要係大把位果隻,激死我! 我唔明大把位點解要叫我7點半先落去, 亦都唔明點解1間5星級酒店可以咁冇交帶

入到去食嘅第1樣係sashimi, 蠔..等等.....個師傅刀法真係有待改善, 因為d三文魚係切唔開囉, 我明白可能佢見到好多客等緊, 好心急..但係切唔開真係不能接受!

 之後就食我平時最愛嘅沙律, 我唔知係乜野原因令到呢度d 沙律都唔好食, 可能係d菜唔夠靚...平時去jw marriott, 或者去mandarin, shangri-la.任何一間酒店嘅沙律都比佢好...

 幾樣熱盤入面最好食係印度野, 好味到我refill左1次! 但係我唔expect比$400/pax黎食印度野囉!
其他西蘭花, 魚柳都係麻麻地, 有色冇味!

食物唔得都算喇...最離譜係0服務!

1. 食食下有個人走黎sell會籍 - 走埋黎唔係問你食物啱唔啱食,第1句就係問你有冇興趣比$1888入會...有冇攪錯! 首先我唔想喺1間5星級酒店食飯都要比人騷擾 (第2日當我訓醒落去萬豪殿飲茶飲到一半果陣又有第2個人走黎sell) , 其次就係當我表明我已經係j.w . marriott member嘅時候個酒店職員竟然繼續提議我不如join埋呢個! 你咁嘅服務仲夠膽叫我比$1888你...真係想噴火!


2. buffet後嘅餐茶如果要熱飲竟然要自己斟(爭d以為自己去緊subway!) ...所以我地要左1杯熱啡, 1杯凍啡... 諗住起碼有人serve下好似抵d咁...結果個waiter幾分鐘之後1粒聲都冇出過就咁放低杯凍啡, 好似平時去茶記咁, 亦都冇問杯野係邊個嘅就放低! 我唔知呢d係乜野服務囉...

 呢度原價係$398 1個人, 唔算好貴...我用完會員card半價之後係$477.6 2個人....對我黎講, 食物同服務黎講都唔合格!
