To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次食廻轉壽司，我都一定揀千兩，我覺得佢係連鎖廻轉壽司店當中質素最平均最有保証的。雖然價錢不算最平宜，但相當合理。服務方面則屬一般。千兩所提供的午餐價錢大眾化，賣相吸引，用料新鮮，算是物超所值。今次點的午餐有炸雞，牛肉湯烏冬，燒鯖魚和天婦羅。炸雞没有炸得太乾，仍保留肉汁。值得一讚的是牛肉烏冬，牛肉鮮嫩有牛油味，烏冬嫩滑，讚！燒鯖魚皮香重魚油味。鰻魚牛油果卷清新好味。天婦羅有蝦，南瓜和蕃薯，唯一美中不足的是天婦羅没有付上天婦羅汁，要向職員索取。朋友點的壽司亦新鮮好吃。以一百多既價錢有如此質數，實在不俗！
