To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

work from home 午飯時間唔想諗食咩，所以二話不說去屋企附近嘅越大哥越南野叫外賣。今日專登早少少去，因為一到午飯時間真係超級多人。今日叫左個香茅豬扒拼雞翼煎蛋飯，配埋杯凍檸檬茶。香茅豬扒入味得黎夠哂淋，一啲都唔硬，仲大塊到有個盒咁闊，超正。雞翼有兩隻雞中翼，大大隻一啲都唔孤寒。加埋隻煎雞蛋係流心，吉個蛋黃啲黃流晒出嚟，好幸福！個飯仲有啲香蔥同酸腌蘿蔔絲，越南風味即刻出哂黎哈哈。凍檸檬茶係青檸製，全杯都酸酸甜甜好解渴。食飽飽繼續開工
