串燒屋relatively健康的原因諗係喺雪櫃可以有有翠玉瓜、水果、沙律菜自己拎。食燒肉放題最忌嘅係一味都係肉無其他味道refresh下、但真心第一次見有水果的出現😂 仲要係大粒嘅青提子,乾淨企理。飲品都有唔少健康嘅選擇,我就㨂左菊花蜜🍯 清熱。另外仲有洛神花茶,薏米水之類。肉類我就recommend三個啦熊本一口牛:同街市買過的牛柳粒返屋企整,就唔太好味。不過呢度食嘅五粒一口牛都腍身,肉質 juicy 原味牛仔骨:切片幾薄身,易熟。平時喺屋企食牛仔骨就好難先至可以將骨同埋肉分離,但係因為佢切得薄,所以就比較容易一口可以進食到豬頸肉:燒完之後幾彈牙,油脂分佈靚。點少少椒鹽再加孜然粉食幾惹味。
