To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期用master卡付款去元氣食有優惠，$150減$30! 荃灣廣場地庫的元氣，都幾大間，座位又比較寬。去到第一時間篤篤篤，叫野食。講真，初初改用火車唔太like，又煩又無service。 食多幾次後，現在我也鐘意自己篤，點左乜幾多錢，一清二楚。而且，版面做得幾好，相片夠大和分類有條理，很容易上手。 火車還成了小朋友的最愛!炸蝦sushi無得輸，送到還是熱!$10粉不會話太多，今次蝦好似細隻左，味道一樣正!之前$10有燒牛肉，近来無左，傷心。火炙系列，一睇就知係最愛。每次都叫幾碟，特别火炙三文魚$16，抵食!燒蠔，皇帝蟹都值得推介。皇帝蟹是呢2-3個月才推出，不過又係細左。景點：自動送餐火車。時常忘記要按制送走火車。要注意，用master card優惠後，無得蓄member 積分
