To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是夜與家人到銅鑼灣吃晚飯,原先是去時代廣場搵食的,但可惜人太多,而且我們又沒有訂位,所以最後唯有轉到此店用膳。一打開個類似folder嘅餐牌,嘩... 入面勁多紙,真係有排睇。有位女店員介紹我地叫餐食,可惜果啲餐所包括嘅食物,都係家人們不吃的,所以最後都係選擇『散叫』。諗好食乜之後,有一男店員經過,叫佢幫我地落單,但我地想食嘅海膽蒸豆腐賣哂。之後果位男店員就介紹其他嘢俾我地。但果位男店員嘅所謂『介紹』只是照餐單讀出菜名同埋強調係得獎菜而已,根本與介紹拉不上關係。例如該男店員介紹我地食此店嘅得獎菜『金絲三味豆腐』,佢淨係話三種唔同整法。之後我忍唔住出聲話佢︰照字面睇,我都知係三種唔同整法,但你係咪都要話我知邊三種整法呀?係熱盤定冷盤呀?乜都唔知你叫我點叫呀?當然最後佢都有答到我。但係我真係覺得果位店員好唔專業囉,佢又唔係新嚟唔知道,但就懶得慢慢介紹!最後我地選擇咗︰ 金絲三味豆腐︰側面兩款豆腐,一是用花生醬整的,而另外的是鹵水整的。兩款整法都幾好食。但中間用蠔油整法的就一啲都唔好食。啲蠔油好咸,而且皮蛋+蠔油,好怪囉!另外兩樣 --- 腐皮都幾好,青瓜都唔錯,可惜隔離果啲黃豆就淡而無味,

最後我地選擇咗︰
金絲三味豆腐︰側面兩款豆腐,一是用花生醬整的,而另外的是鹵水整的。兩款整法都幾好食。但中間用蠔油整法的就一啲都唔好食。啲蠔油好咸,而且皮蛋+蠔油,好怪囉!另外兩樣 --- 腐皮都幾好,青瓜都唔錯,可惜隔離果啲黃豆就淡而無味,勁難食!
臘味炒芥蘭︰分量少,而且啲臘肉就超咸。唔連飯同吃,根本舌唔落。
大斑兩味 --- 包括︰
榨菜肉絲蒸斑頭腩︰榨菜&肉絲都唔多覺眼佢地嘅存在。但呢道菜都okay嘅。斑頭腩都幾多肉。
西蘭花炒海斑球︰唔錯!食得出啲斑球係新鮮。
最後係送嘅糖水 --- 紅豆沙︰普普通通。
