To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道灣仔有間新派點心 ,標榜點心人手製做 ,即叫即蒸,還有老公最愛即拉腸粉,就同老公一齊去試吓 。嘆世界燒賣拼盤 非常特別的一個點心拼盤,全部都是燒賣。有黑蒜帶子燒賣、芝士墨魚燒賣、俄式羅宋燒賣 、泡菜蒜辣燒賣 、冬蔭功泰辣燒賣和黑松露珍香燒賣 。很有特色,味道唔錯。蒸嘅點心,喜歡酸菜魚鳳眼餃,酸酸辣辣好開胃。喜歡吃炸物,紅色腸粉皮包著春卷,餡料有蝦肉和豬肉。淡淡蝦醬味春卷,不會過鹹,但我覺得蝦醬味可以再重多少少。最後點了鰻魚荷葉飯好香,鰻魚唔腥。店員極力推介成為會員,所有食物有88折優惠。
