疫情之下無左晚市堂食,但無阻我想食日本菜既熱情,就算得返外賣,我都要買返屋企慢慢嘆。日式麻醬秋葵豆腐沙律($75),頭盤食返個開胃沙律,豆腐超滑溜配埋麻醬和芝麻一齊食好香口,秋葵和生菜新鮮爽口。彩虹卷($98),店鋪出名係對卷物既創意,我買左彩虹卷,魚生上混合埋牛油果顏色鮮豔,賣相已經好吸引,魚生肥美,新鮮有魚既油脂香味。壽司薄餅千島醬海鮮($88),餅底係用米飯壓成,再去炸至金黃色,雖然放涼左但餅底無變硬,仍然脆口,三文魚粒配脆口餅底,口感層次豐富。日式炒烏冬($78),性價高,因為超級大碗必定飽肚,烏冬炒得惹味,木魚碎香口,仲有彈牙既鳴門卷。黑豚豬頸肉串($26),肥瘦均勻,軟腍得黎帶點爽口。椒鹽雞腎($38),處理成細細粒咁,食落爽口易咬,加左椒鹽除左惹味d,仲帶有少少辣味。
