To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. ** 此食肆的第廿六個笑**尋日(24-11-2007 Sat)遊完大澳歸家途中,5:44pm到東涌,爸好似好開心(可能今日佢可以破晒戒食啲佢要戒口o既o野食)就順住個勢提議返荃灣食晚飯,我覺得荃灣好似冇咩好食,於是提議去青衣城搵o野食,就搭地鐵去lu.約6點多啲到青衣城,睇吓有咩食肆先,爸揀o左稻香,啊.我o地等o左一陣就有枱,爸好遲至話打邊爐,於是叫侍應攪攪佢,原來唔駛轉枱,只係拉走張枱布就見到個同張枱連成一體o既電磁爐,真方便.大嫂眼闊肚窄地order o左好多o野食,一個$188.00唔記得叫咩日日鮮,有好多海鮮,有紅魚(幾甜),原隻帶子,八爪魚片,魚型及日本魚蛋片(算爽),鮮蝦,長腳蟹腳等等….另有珊瑚蚌,象拔蚌,脆肉鯇魚片(好脆),肥牛(其實唔算好肥,但可以啦),魚餃,創意o既有:金銀蛋西洋菜餃(食唔到西洋菜味),兩種墨魚丸,一種芝士墨魚丸,一種wasabi墨魚丸(兩種都幾香,丸又彈牙),蝦丸,內有蝦膏蟹子同馬蹄粒,唔錯.原來每碟份量唔少,食到我o地要打包啲丸同餃返屋企.酸梅湯唔夠甜.調味料方面,佢會拎8種調味料畀客人自己加到豉油內,有:蒜茸,金蒜茸,蔥花,碎花生,青紅辣椒

服務:
一到繁忙時間個個就忙到踢晒腳,但我o地唔好彩,撞o岩個失憶o既waitress,又慢又要成日提多次.

而我o地有叫$48.00 o既綠X一籃子(新鮮蔬菜)由頭到尾都冇o黎過,於是叫佢cancel,都要我o地叫o左兩次佢至去check,話冇入電腦,所以唔會計,於是我o地尋日個個就變晒食肉獸.

環境,衛生:
好乾淨同舒服.

唔計侍應o既失憶服務,可以畀個笑.
