To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚,三個人..7:00到,等左半個鐘先有位..呢到真係服務有d問題,只對熟客同鬼佬好態度,其他人一律甚差態度...仲有..見到有位太太俾利是,跟住好快有位..'何'葉飯--好香何葉味芒果牛柳--超幼,應該叫絲,唔好叫做柳,酸甜汁燒乳鴨--麻麻地,皮唔係好脆炒唐生菜--幾好都係宵夜抵食d,飲茶同少人食晚飯都係去第二度好過...埋單$277
