To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有半隻龍蝦嘅時令炙燒刺身丼定食

今日想食一餐豐富嘅午餐。午餐時分食客唔算太多，遇上卡座坐得10分舒適。時令炙燒刺身丼定食$168這刺身丼用料十分豐富，不但有龍蝦、左口魚裙邊，帶子，還有炙燒三文魚、白身魚與和三文魚籽等等。估唔到龍蝦細細件，有半隻，而且幾好肉，龍蝦肉鮮美爽口；左口魚裙邊帶一點厚度，既有口感，魚脂甘香；帶子大大粒又厚身，味道鮮甜；而那炙燒三文魚幾肥美，魚肉柔滑；炙燒白身魚的肉質比較結實，而那三文魚籽粒粒晶瑩，味道鮮美，再吃香甜的玉子，十分滿足！伴餐還有沙律和面鼓湯，沙律幾清爽新鮮，而那面鼓湯的味道平平。茶碗蒸口感香滑，裏面仲有少少海鮮，味道幾OK嘅。加$8的即磨咖啡水準不錯，咖啡味道甘香，咖啡奶口感十分香滑，滿足！
