To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過「大喜屋」、「樂天大喜屋」,係未食過「殿大喜屋」,一直都好想試下又有咩分別,話明係「殿」,即係高級版本,一於一探究竟!環境一如既往,「大喜屋」既店舖都係好大間,全部卡位,而且座位寬敞,坐得舒服,就算2個人既坐位都好大,叫多左野食都唔怕張枱放唔哂。收費之前去「大喜屋」仲係填餐紙,依家都改左用QRcode,環保好多,餐廳亦慳好多印刷成本。自助區係我心中大喜屋既自助區都算係佢招牌之一,因為自助區已經有好多野食,冷盤有青口、螺肉、三文魚等等,熱食有小丸子、芝士焗肉丸、瑞士雞翼等等,點少得飲品同甜品!飲品有紅酒、白酒、梅酒等等多款酒類任飲,大量罐裝飲料,甜品櫃都有好多個,仲有品牌雪糕任拎。仲有一個區係專門做手卷,即叫即製,仲有供應時段,幾特別。刺身種類繁多,三文魚、油甘魚、帶子等等,回本之選有松葉蟹腳刺身、鱆紅魚、拖羅、池魚王,仲有海膽!三文魚、油甘魚都係厚切,帶子雖然薄但好鮮甜,松葉蟹腳刺身還可以,鱆紅魚係一客咁上,幾清爽。本身怕海膽會腥,但唔會,推薦食千層海膽杯,仲有三文魚、蛋絲係入面,口感豐富!壽司超多選擇,估唔到連高級既赤醋壽司都有,仲有火炙壽司、卷物、軍艦,特別有「賞花祭」,賞花祭

點少得叫咖哩蟹食!十分入味,而且一客入面都有蟹鉗,仲有花膠、一口牛、黃金螺、羊架等等,燒物有我又係好鍾意食既秋葵、翠玉瓜、菠蘿等等,燒得幾香,燒芝士蝦落足芝士,芝士迷一定要食。仲有鍋物、麵類等等,太飽肚都冇叫,只係試左客花膠雞湯,都幾濃味足料。

自助區既選擇好多,有朱古力蛋糕、馬卡龍、糯米糍等等,唔少得品牌雪糕,同普通大喜屋唔同既係佢係任拎,而唔係只包一杯,呢間「殿大喜屋」定價最貴,我估雪糕任拎都係原因之一。

總括而言,唔同級別既大喜屋所食既野係有少少分別,呢到有海膽、蟹腳、赤醋壽司任食,再加品牌雪糕任拎,特選時段有85折,計返都唔係貴太多,鐘此食下限定食物同高級少少食物既朋友揀呢間就岩哂啦。
