To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

差到平時懶得寫食評嘅我都要黎放負。首先入座so-called俾大張d嘅近窗口位,其實就係最入嘅一張我估係員工餐檯,正對著入後廚房嘅門口,隻機器人係咁送污糟碗碟入去又開唔到門等係度,我地望著d污糟碗碟好影響食慾。而且坐係咁隔隙位,叫極都冇人理。然後叫咗半隻鴨啦,等咗40分鐘,中間催過,阿姐就話係要等㗎啦,即烤㗎嘛。咁點解唔事先講明?人地要等20分鐘以上都會係menu寫清楚先啦。最後終於等到啦,點知上嗰籠餅皮塊塊都中間裂開咗,一塊變兩個半塊,點包?叫阿姐黎換,一句唔好意思都冇,西口西面換過一籠。終於可以食嗰半隻鴨啦,以為幾美味啦。其實皮同肉係完全分離嘅,皮烤到乾柴柴根本咬唔到郁,肉都淨韌,好似嚼香口膠咁,又有鴨騷味,真係唔得。最後我地仲包緊,冇手得閒之際,佢就隊張單黎叫埋單喎。我真係無語,淨係想快d離開。總之,係我咁大個人試過由服務到食物質素都最差嘅一間舖頭。😫
