To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友黎到旺角嘅千両食壽司，叫咗佢哋嘅壽司拼盤。環境都算唔錯，餐廳既座位同間隔都算舒適。服務幾好。至於味道方面，佢哋嘅壽司質素唔俗，新鮮程度都幾高，但係味道就有啲普通，好似有啲缺乏驚喜同層次感咁。佢哋有唔同壽司既拼盤可以揀擇，選擇應該會滿足唔同嘅口味。三文魚壽司和油甘魚壽司幾肥，食落鮮味幾夠，亦都食得出新鮮。鰻魚壽司食落就有啲膩。另外，味噌湯味道濃郁，但湯底有少少齋，有啲可惜。但總括然而，千両壽司餐廳都係一間值得一試嘅壽司餐廳。
