第一次食呢個配搭,外皮係黑松露整,所以淥緊都已經聞到好香松露味,裡面餡料好扎實,有蝦又有蟹所以海鮮鮮甜味好豐盛,又唔會散開曬,皮都唔會因為淥多一陣而爛,感受到手工嘅厲害。

本身唔食魚皮但食響鈴嘅我第一次食炸魚皮,店員話即炸正好多,果然即炸熱辣辣完全唔覺得魚皮係腥嘅,加上有鹹蛋一齊炒,頓時香口超多,最後當左小食咁食,如果有食魚皮嘅習慣,呢個就真係必點啦。

起初以為自己點錯魚蛋,原來佢係手打鯪魚球,用魚肉的部分都比較多,彈牙度遠遠超過一半魚蛋又唔腥,無論湯底幾濃郁,佢都係會索到適當份量嘅湯汁,依然清爽!
