To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有商場就略為拉高分數

不經不覺也有差不多一年沒有幫襯（千両），是他故地踏步還是別人後來居上，請自己用心猜量，由於手上還有一些商場折扣券，不想花盡頭腦去找尋，就在商場券看到他的芳名，便決意今日點燈為他。。。看了好一陣子，由於要用商場券不能同一時間揀選店內的（套餐）所以便在單點上找來極上壽司拼盤（11）HK$278.顧名思義便是有11件壽司～整體來說大大件絕對夠飽，但食材的質素就不要期望過高，個人認為俾上75分都可算合格至於服務對於個人感受就覺得只可以給50分，沒有暖心的服務，也可能是大品牌的一個附加品。

看了好一陣子，由於要用商場券不能同一時間揀選店內的（套餐）所以便在單點上找來極上壽司拼盤（11）HK$278.顧名思義便是有11件壽司～
整體來說大大件絕對夠飽，但食材的質素就不要期望過高，個人認為俾上75分都可算合格

至於服務對於個人感受就覺得只可以給50分，沒有暖心的服務，也可能是大品牌的一個附加品。
