To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有啲唔知點咁嘅餃子店

晚上行到太子附近想食餃子又想食串燒，好似唔係好關事嘅兩樣野就喺呢間鋪搵到左😂餸子店環境一般都非常「家常」，呢間算係企企理理。韮菜餃唔記得左同佢講要煎，所以上左蒸餃，不過佢話唔緊要煎嘅都係咁整，所以就用同一碟幫我地煎返😂出到嚟嘅結果就係上面完全仲係蒸餃咁仲軟，只係個底被煎過硬返啲，如果一開始叫煎餃都係咁嘅質素其實唔多ok。但餃子皮同涵其實都唔錯，涵唔會過分結實同大舊，皮厚薄適中，涵同皮之間有足夠嘅位儲住肉汁，雖然質地因為返煎過有啲要蒸唔蒸要煎唔煎，但餃子本身係好食嘅~炸醬面構成極度簡單，一個肉碎炸醬同青瓜絲。個炸醬味道有啲淡，要加辣醬食先比較有感，唔推薦炸雞翼味道有種唔識形容嘅味，係一種冇食過嘅香料味？雖然話係炸，但外皮冇裹粉，入面亦唔算好嫩，整體係一個唔知點咁嘅雞翼，話難食又算唔上食左三樣野，都有種唔難食唔好食又說不上嘅感覺，有種唔係果樣食物應有味道嘅感覺，價錢正常，不過太子比佢好食嘅餃子店大有所在，都唔差在行多兩步食其他~

構成極度簡單，一個肉碎炸醬同青瓜絲。個炸醬味道有啲淡，要加辣醬食先比較有感，唔推薦
