To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以為11點關門,原來10點🥹晚上9點半坐下連忙先下個單,點了一份雙拼餃子,要的京葱羊肉餃和韭黃鮮蝦餃。另外點了個小吃酸甜皮蛋豆腐忘了拍照🥹雙拼餃子,京葱羊肉餃和韭黃鮮蝦。推薦羊肉!!超多湯汁,羊味很突出。反而蝦餃子內饀要乾一點,不過兩款的餃子皮都有點厚,份量比想像中多和飽肚,最後打包了一半。酸甜皮蛋豆腐忘了拍照,味道有點神奇。中間用的嫩豆腐,圍繞豆腐的醬料是用薑醋煮稠的酸甜味,還有一絲絲薑絲,配以皮蛋當配料。有點清新🤔單吃一般般,不過配著羊肉這些重味的肉吃挺解膩。

打完波🏸搵食,去咗兩間日本🇯🇵嘢同西餐都爆,呢間山東餃子🥟館有最後一張枱仲諗住搭枱,原來咁啱有個人走,就有位。寫✍️紙落order,我叫咗金玉滿堂煎餃🥟,問咗店員即係話粟米🌽餃,而煎餃🥟加$5,店員話寫埋同一張,但有人要加餸,唔知加落邊個度,要同店員講。等咗10分鐘就上菜,十隻皓多,隻隻都皓飽滿,足料,粟米🌽豬肉

收工過來食d野, 見未食過揀左依度, 餃子有好多款, 有d選擇困難😆 見到有蕃薯苗, 外面比較少有, 叫左蕃薯苗鮮肉餃子湯拉麵, 等左一陣送來, 唔算好大碗, 不過份量都足夠👍😋飲啖湯先, 淡淡地有d味, 食d拉麵, 都叫ok, 再食件餃子, 正正常常, 唔係太突出的味道, 我覺得入面菜餡少左d, 如果多d菜會更好, 另外碗麵有少少菜, 都算唔錯, 不過整體唔算好特別😅叫做試過啦

去花墟買花, 先在附近搵食.鍾意食辣嘅我, 見到個餐牌已經流晒口水見價錢不貴就入去試吓 店舖地方不大 裝修是舊了一點不過餐具總算乾淨餃子真係有好多款式, 我哋點了:白菜鮮肉 + 韮菜鮮肉雙拼餃子 (10隻) $52菜同肉嘅比例好好, 餃子唔會太實又唔會太淋. 味道都唔錯麻辣牛肉麵 $56用了牛展, 炆得好淋, 麻辣湯底惹味口水雞 $50通常都係用雪雞, 但呢碟雞, 我食到雞嘅鮮味喎! 個汁都好好味蒽油千層餅 $36酥脆, 有啲蒽香味. 如果再鬆啲就仲好我係盲中中入咗呢間舖, 宜家寫食評, 先見到咁多人彈呢間舖頭. 但我真係覺得幾好食喎!

超好食!新鮮炸起!食得好開心!超出我想像,豆沙內饀有糯感,外皮夠脆,整碟上枱熟充滿熱力!服侍員態度很好,有問必答,笑容可掬!上菜速度正常,環境幽靜有品味,價值有人性!
