今晚三個人三個餸。1、豉油皇鵝腸2、雪裏紅芥蘭3、麻辣雞煲 用石鍋上嘅芥蘭,見到內裏有蝦米冬菇粒肉粒,聞落都幾香。鵝腸賣相相當靚仔,明顯見到底層銀芽,跟住係主角鵝腸,面層係幼削蔥絲。不過!鵝腸幾大條但係漂過嚟個種,原先見個汁咁深色,點知食落淡戌戌而且又唔夠熱,叫人來換個碟。好咗d但都係偏淡。唔掂!最後嘅雞煲,香就夠香,食落麻椒偏少,唔夠麻,辣度就ok, 但係雞肉就麻麻,雞煲嘅香味入唔到落雞肉入面。食面頭一啖食到個汁之後。第二啖就無乜味,而且有d實,唔似新鮮雞。有啲失望嘅一餐
