好耐冇番香港,經過入去食返隻乳鴿同碗燒鵝瀨。見倒有豉椒炒肥蜆就叫埋啦!之前n年前嚟食燒鵝瀨都OK嘅。啲嘢好快嚟到,睇樣唔錯。可惜,炒蜆至少有一半係淨殼,冇肉食(跌咗出嚟嗰啲肉都唔等於空殼嘅數量!睇圖)。雖然味道都還可以,但係覺得一碟咁多殼又冇乜肉,好唔抵食!燒鵝瀨同乳鴿食得好開心。燒鵝有小小偏肥,但係都幾好食(肥膏就自己節制一下啦)!結論:燒鵝,乳鴿OK嘅。海鮮(炒蜆)就預多殼小肉,味道還可以,但係唔抵食。
